Fedbank Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 42,250 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 15, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2018’ (ESOS 2018) and ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2024’ (ESOS 2024), increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,75,09,95,320 consisting of 37,50,99,532 equity shares to Rs 3,75,14,17,820 consisting of 37,51,41,782 equity shares.
